Pecan Cinnamon Overnight Oats (Uncooked)
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats (not instant, not steel cut)
2 cups almond milk (or any other milk)
1/2 cup pecans, chopped into big pieces
1/8 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
Directions
1. Mix everything together in an airtight container. Store in fridge overnight.
2. Serve hot or cold after at least one night in the fridge.
Optional: add toppings such as fresh fruit or almond butter for more flavor.
